Okay, everyone.  We'd love to see your photos! 

I hear Rob & Mari saw the Niners in .... foggy London!  Would love to see a snap of Rob gobblin' pizza in Rome  ... or Mari smilin' in front of the Vatican.  Would love to see Breadon's twinkling eyes ... & the Mother of 3 with her brood of lovelies!  How 'bout Auntie Joanie ... she's always got her camera ready for some goofy memories.  Yah know, not all of us have Facebook!

Auntie Ruth on the Mend

It's Fall & Auntie Ruth took it to heart.  On October 13, she took a spill while walking--cane in hand--6 blocks to a birthday luncheon for a friend!  She caused quite a stir as folks tried to help her up; a nice gentleman called an ambulance, & she was whisked away to Kaiser.  Surgery room had an opening (what a lucky break!) & she immediately jumped at the chance.  Can't remember exactly what they did but having the procedure definitely will contribute to her recovery time.  She spent 4 days at Kaiser, 1 week in a rehab center & is now home taking it easy, using a walker & a handy tool with a long handle to pick things up. 

It's been quite a "wake-up" call.  She's realizing she can't go running around and, if so, it's worth the price & peace of mind to just call a cab.

She'd enjoying getting a call or a card from the family.
